Avino Atelier is a curated content marketplace to present a distinctive shopping experience. Visitors can follow the stories of curators and collect or purchase story products.

How can I be assured of the authenticity of a product?

We know that authenticity is the essence of luxury. That’s why with us, you can always be confident that you are purchasing a genuine items and crafts. If you have any queries on the originality, you can contact us to ask for vendor's invoice number and reconfirm it directly with the designer.

Why buy from us?

Our team of curators identify the crafts and pick the products so you won’t have to search endlessly. 

Do you sell customised pieces?

Yes, we do. If you have an idea, simply reach out to our email we will do our best to realize it (limitation applies)

Item Delivery Time

All items in our website are on preorder basis unless stated. 

The estimated delivery is between 4-6 working weeks. Please note that the shipping dates are NEVER guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet the target dates, they are subject to change as delays might happen due to various reasons.

If the delay is very serious, we will announce it on the website and send an email announcement. We will provide you with an updated shipping date.

Why are your timelines long?

Our timelines are longer because these are specialised garments involving extensive handworks, tailoring, and finishing. Please rest assured, the time spent on your outfit ensures it is carefully crafted to meet high standards of quality and finishing.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping all over Peninsular Malaysia. For International orders, shipping costs will vary depending on the item purchased, as well as method and location of delivery. International purchases may be subjected to additional customs and taxes that is to be paid (if any) by the client.

Pre-Order items are purchased before Production. Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. Special seasonal pre-orders or custom orders may take longer to ship.  Estimated shipping time on all pre-orders is 4-6 weeks from closing date of pre-order listing.

Please note that the shipping dates are NEVER guaranteed. While we make every effort to meet the target dates, they are subject to change as delays might happen due to various reasons.

DO NOT place a pre-order If you need an item by a designated date ( *exception for add-on express service), we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your designated date. Pre-orders can have production delays. When placing your pre-order you agree to these terms. DO NOT place a pre-order if you are not willing to wait for your item(s) to arrive. 

NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS, SIZE CHANGES, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER (ONLINE OF OFFLINE ORDERS).
