Please note all orders are made upon order or pre-order unless stated otherwise.
Avino Atelier is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you when your items are available for shipping.
Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing and shipment delay. However, if an item remains undelivered beyond 20 weeks, we will issue you a full store credit valid for 3 months (*not applicable for orders placed between 15th Feb 2020 - August 1st 2020 due to pandemic situation).
No size exchange or change of mind applicable
We only except returns for manufacturers defects. Returns are given in exchange for same item if available or for store credit. Carefully look over each item once you have received your item(s). Even though each item is inspected before shipping, it may still be possible to receive a defective item (smudges and misalignment in manual-printing/hand-blocked/hand-dyed is not defect ) .
If you think the item(s) you received may be defective please contact us at avinoatelier@gmail within 3 days of receiving your item. Please attach a picture in your email.
We will issue an exchange (or store credit if item is unavailable) for defective items or items that were sent incorrectly (wrong size, wrong color) within 18-21 working days.
Sale items (if applicable) All Sales Final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.
